A man in his 70s from the north of the Island is selling his home, business and possessions on eBay - saying he'll leave the Island with only a suitcase.
He's listed his property on the auction website for just under £600,000 saying it's time to move on 'before it's too late'.
The four-bedroomed property includes a former Post Office, general store and garage along with a piece of land in Maughold.
In his listing, he says he'll throw in almost the entire contents of the buildings - but admits he doubts anyone will find his clothes enticing!
