A Manxman has come first in an 'extreme' triathlon.
Dr Richard Callow won the 2025 Lofoten Extreme Triathlon in Norway, finishing in an impressive 11 hours, 27 minutes and 16 seconds.
The event on Friday August 15 consisted of a 4km open water swim, 181km bike ride and a 42km run - including two mountain ascents.
Richard, a former Union Mills resident, now lives in Norway and has competed in many events including the Isle of Man's annual End-to-End challenge.
