The Steam Packet says the Manxman will sail as scheduled tonight.
Earlier, the company said her 7.45pm sailing to Heysham and return trip at 2.15am tomorrow morning were at risk.
Poor weather including strong winds had been forecast.
On its website, the company says both sailings will go ahead as planned.
