The Manx Youth Games will be spread over multiple venues this year due to the ongoing effects of last year's flooding.
The games are a chance for young people to try a sport they wouldn't normally do - the youngsters represent the area of the Island which they live in.
Last year the NSC was hit hard by the severe weather with many of the sports halls, the Bowl and the astroturf taking the hit.
It means the event co-ordinators had to make a decision early on to re-arrange the venues as Gianni Epifani explains:
