Three Manx words have been added to the Oxford English Dictionary.
They include a 'Chiollagh', or traditional fireplace and a 'Thie Veg', or outhouse toilet.
Also put in was 'Cooish', which means a friendly conversation or chat.
The Culture Vannin organisation has welcomed the news, and says it's now wondering what words could be suggested for future additions.
