Manx Utilities is looking for wind turbine manufacturers or contractors for discussions about the Island's onshore windfarm.
The Authority is aiming to create 20 megawatts of energy from the windfarm as well as 10 megawatts from solar panels.
Wind turbines will be installed at either a site at Sulby and Druidale or Earystane and Scards, with the aim of being operational in 2026.
Manx Utilities is now looking for parties interested in providing the turbines, which will generate a third of the Island's renewable power.
Provisional meetings with technical specialists will be held in a couple of weeks.
