Manx Telecom says it's been bought out by a Netherlands-based investment company and Jersey Telecom.
CVC DIF, based in Amsterdam, has 30 offices around the globe and says the two telecoms companies will merge.
The combined group will cover Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man to be the largest full-service telecoms provider across the Crown Dependencies.
In a statement, MT says "This transaction marks the beginning of a new chapter focused on innovation, investment, and delivering long-term value for customers, communities, and partners".
