Manx Telecom says it's putting up the cost of paper bills by 12.5 per cent in September.
The company's emailed customers saying it's increasing the speeds of its broadband packages.
But it says it's also putting up prices of fixed line rentals, fixed call charges, legacy mobile and broadband by three per cent in line with inflation.
And those paying £4 to get paper bills at present will face a £4.50 charge when the changes come into effect on Tuesday, September 1.
