The Commonwealth Games team in Wales have set a deadline of this evening for the organising committee to confirm the venues and athletes village in Delhi are fit for purpose.
Its decision comes as Scotland have delayed their journey to India and Northern Ireland team has said it's sending two senior officials there to assess the situation.
However, with 11 days to go, the Isle of Man say they still intend to travel this weekend.
Organisers are struggling to cope with unfinished buildings, the athletes' village's been described as 'filthy' and a foot bridge collapsed at the main
stadium.
Trevor Taubman, General Manager for the Isle of Man team, has been corresponding with Island representatives who are in Delhi and says the games will not be cancelled.
He had told 3FM if there are problems which cause health and safelty concerns they will put the athletes first.
The Manx squad is sending 33 athletes, 20 officials and 1 guest on Saturday morning.
He says that most venues are of an excellent standard and the rest should be completed before the teams arrive. (audio above)
