Manx National Heritage has paid tribute to Terry Cringle.
The veteran journalist and broadcaster passed away at the age of 91 earlier this month.
MNH says it will remember Terry’s immense contribution to the Isle of Man’s heritage - he spent many hours at the Manx Museum researching stories of the Isle of Man, sharing his research with radio and newspaper audiences around the world.
The organisation says it was 'exceptionally touched' to receive news of Terry’s wish for donations in his memory to be made to them and are enormously grateful for every gift the charity receives in his memory.
Manx National Heritage has also shared this photograph of Terry, taken in 1963, on a visit to the Calf of Man.
