Two Island firefighters have shown what they're made of at a special competition at the weekend.
Elliott Moore from the Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Service and Richard Sparkes of the Airport Fire Service travelled to Watford to take part in the British Firefighter Challenge at the weekend.
The competition sees timed challenges pitting firefighters from across Britain against the clock as well as each other.
In a field of more than 220 people, Elliott came in 40th while Richard - in his debut competition - came in 94th place.
