The Manx Emergency Doctor Service will be closed overnight due to staffing issues.
Manx Care says the service will be unavailable from midnight until 8am.
Anyone needing medical attention during this time should either go to A&E or dial 999 in the event of an emergency.
The health body reassures that medical health and advice will be available to anyone who needs it.
