Manx Care will stop delivering Covid-19 PCR testing from the end of this month.
They'll end on August 31, as part of the Island’s 'endemic approach' to living with the virus.
The Covid-19 Swabbing and Testing Service was first established on Island in April 2020 in the height of the pandemic.
It's estimated 169,008 PCR tests have been performed by Manx Care -around two for every member of the Island’s population.
