Manx Care is encouraging people to attend outpatient appointments alone so social distancing can be maintained.
The health body is encouraging locals to think carefully about whether they need to bring someone along, unless under exceptional circumstances.
Visitors are asked to observe current guidelines when attending - information can be found on the government website.
It's also asked people to take a lateral flow test beforehand, and to only attend if it's negative.
