Manx Care has now taken over the running of Ballasalla Medical Centre.
It comes following the decision of the former GP partners to hand back their contract earlier this year.
Patients who are registered with the practice will see no changes and should continue to request appointments as usual.
The practice will be overseen by Dr Martin Rankin, who was based at MEDS (the Manx Emergency Doctor Service) up at Noble’s Hospital.
