Manx Care has apologised for confusion over which services had to be suspended last week, when Noble's Hospital faced huge pressure.
In Tynwald this week, Health Minister Claire Christian faced questions over the announcement that many inpatient and day-case procedures had been suspended.
She said only adult services were affected amid a huge surge in demand at the hospital.
And she said Manx Care had tried to clear up the initial confusion:
