People will no longer have to wear face masks in Manx Care health and social care settings across the Island.
The health body dropped the requirement yesterday, with immediate effect.
It says the decision comes following the latest guidance from the UK Health Security agency.
It says masks aren't required, unless there is a clinical reason.
However, face coverings will be supplied by Manx Care - if people wish to still wear them.
