Manx Care says it spent almost £489,000 on post last year.
A Freedom of Information request asked how much the organisation spent in the last two years contacting patients by mail.
In its response, Manx Care says it doesn't track the specific cost of contacting patients by post.
But it says in total it spent £488,692 on postage last year compared to £457,220 the year before.
