Manx Care have set out a number of steps to improve the culture of the organisation.
The People, Culture and Engagement Strategy has been developed over the last five months with input from a wide range of people throughout the Manx Care operation.
They're striving to be an organisation where colleagues feel valued, respected and empowered, to develop their approach to equality, diversity and inclusion, to improve their recruitment and retention efforts and to enhance the emotional and physical wellbeing of their colleagues.
These new targets will look to be implemented over the next three years.
