The confidential service aims to improve patient experience by sorting out problems quickly, giving advice and pointing people in the right direction.
The team responds to around 87% of queries in one day, and can be contacted when you're struggling to get in touch with someone from Manx Care.
MCALS is open from 9:30am-4pm from Monday to Friday, and can be reached on 642642.
