Manx Care's released its annual report, which it says shows measurable improvements to the health service.
It lists successes like the Anticoagulation Clinic being recognised among the best in the British Isles, and the mortuary team being honoured for compassionate work.
The service also points to the opening of Summerhill View care home and the Bluebell suite for families who've lost pregnancies.
Waiting times have improved by 25% in the youth mental health service, but increased for hospital patients and NHS dental care.
