Manx Care staff are currently being surveyed on their pay.
A two week consultation is now open for members of the Royal College of Nursing, about their pay offer dating back to April 2023.
A pay offer for 2022/23 was only agreed in December, which amounted to 6% plus a £1,500 increase in each pay point.
The RCN is concerned that the offer doesn't necessarily include back pay for those who have already left Manx Care in the time since the offer should have been brought in.
