Manx Care's come under fire for a social media campaign celebrating International Women's Day which featured its male staff.
The organisation posted photos to Twitter and Facebook with captions it said celebrated its diversity and equality, with the hashtag #internationalwomensday.
But a number of women commented on the posts, saying a day that specifically celebrates women shouldn't be broadened to include men.
One user commented "It does feel a bit like your birthday being hijacked to celebrate someone else's anniversary."
