Manx Care's been rapped for dragging its heels under data protection laws.
A former employee made a subject data access to the organisation which took four months to complete instead of four weeks.
And despite working for Manx Care for some time, they were asked to produce photographic ID and proof of address before the body would part with any information.
The Island's Information Commissioner has handed Manx Care and enforcement notice, to review and improve its response to personal data requests within 30 days.
