Manx Care wants doctors to acknowledge the change the company has made to the hospital.
It comes after the The British Medical Association has published results from its Culture of Care Barometer which shows doctors have 'deep discontent' towards Manx Care.
The organisation says its disappointed that the results of this year’s survey.
They also say that they are communicating with doctors, and remain willing to listen.
