Manx Care is asking people to mask up against the threat of flu and other illnesses in its facilities.
It says people visiting its clinical units may be asked to wear a mask, especially in hospitals.
On Facebook, the organisation says the measure helps protect staff and patients when respiratory viruses can be especially severe over winter.
