An employment tribunal's found an ambulance worker wasn't discriminated against, harassed or constructively dismissed by Manx Care.
Brian Gallacher claimed the organisation had failed to account for his PTSD - but the hearing was told it had tried to make reasonable adjustments to help him.
Tribunal chair Douglas Stewart said although he sympathised with Mr Gallacher for being a victim of his service to his country, the case had no chance of success.
He dismissed the claim.
