Manx Care aims to keep about 15% of hospital beds free heading into the TT period.
The health body confirms they've signed off on their plan for the racing fortnight, which includes additional support and strategies if things should escalate.
A spokesperson says there are some scenarios which would postpone racing, but they're working with race organisers to make sure this is factored in.
The organisation has also launched a signposting campaign to make sure locals and visitors know the best healthcare option for their needs.
