Mannin Retail has been appointed to run Ramsey Post Office.
The retailer, which was the only company to put in a tender, will take over at the end of next month.
In August it was revealed that negotiations with Ramsey Courthouse Limited – which had wanted to take over the running of the service - had failed and the tender process had to be restarted.
Postal services will continue to be provided at The Courthouse until early next year when they will move into the SPAR store on Parliament Street.
