A man who’s alleged to have stabbed a prison guard with a dart has been remanded in custody.
Aaron Lee Barnett, whose address was given as the Isle of Man Prison, appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood at Douglas Courthouse.
The 26 year old is charged with causing actual bodily harm at the prison on July 31, but hasn’t yet entered a plea.
It’s alleged he stabbed the member of staff in the ribs but caused only a minor injury.
He was remanded in custody to appear in court again on November 28.
