A man who failed to provide a breath sample after a road traffic collision in May has been jailed for eight weeks.
Sentencing him Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes says the "extremely serious offence" had been aggravated by a previous conviction for drink driving for which he was jailed in 2009.
Mr Clark was given an eight week sentence - of which he will serve four - and was also disqualified from driving for seven years.
