A man who was almost four times over the legal cannabis limit when stopped by police will be sentenced in May.
Andrew Iain Macmillan of Ard Reayrt in Laxey appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
He admitted drug-driving on Braddan Road in Douglas on November 22 last year and possessing 1.3 grams of cannabis on the same date.
Prosecutor Hazel Carroon told the hearing the 22 year old was stopped after police spotted a fault with his Vauxhall Corsa - officers suspected he'd taken drugs and a test for cannabis proved positive.
Magistrates bailed Macmillan in the sum of £500 with a condition not to drive before he appears again for sentencing on May 25.
