A man’s walked free from court after five sexual offence charges were dropped by prosecutors.
Sean James Scrivens of Claughbane Drive in Ramsey had been accused of indecent assault, two counts of having underage sex and two other sex offences between 2016 and May this year.
However, the court heard his alleged victim in the case had retracted her complaint.
All charges against the 18 year old were withdrawn.
