Police have confirmed an arrest has been made following an act of vandalism on a Ramsey café carried out in November.
The incident concerned the smearing of dog excrement on the window of the Court Cafe, on November 20th.
The suspect subsequently left the Island, but has now been arrested and charged.
They will appear in court this morning.
