A man accused of a £13 million airline fraud will stand trial later next week.
Jason Gerard Scales, of Douglas Road in Ballasalla, denies fraud by false representation between May and June 2021.
He's alleged to have claimed the Manx government would underwrite a loan for his company to buy Stobart Air.
Mr Scales is due to appear in court on the first day of his trial before Deemster Cook on April 30.
