A man will appear in court again in April after pleading not guilty to possessing drugs.
Gavin William Patterson, whose address was given as the Isle of Man Prison, appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse via a live video link.
The 39 year old denies possessing cannabis at his former home on First Avenue in Onchan on May 25 last year.
Prosecutor Barry Swain told the hearing police visited Mr Patterson’s home during an unrelated investigation and discovered 12.3 grams of cannabis worth £246.
Mrs Hughes granted technical bail in the sum of £500 and Mr Patterson is next due to appear in court on April 25.
