Man threatens couple on Douglas promenade

Police are appealing for information after a man threatened a couple in Douglas.

A man in dark clothing threatened a man and woman and then proceeded to chase the male along the promenade in the direction of the Empress Hotel.

Police would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident, in particular three men who were outside the Empress and who told the victim to call the police.
