A Castletown man has pleaded not guilty to murder.
Ian Anderson is charged with murdering 60-year-old Neil Roberts from Ballabeg between November 29th and December 2nd last year.
Appearing before Deemster Montgomerie at Douglas Courthouse this morning the 45-year-old entered a not guilty plea.
He also pleaded not guilty to a separate charge of ABH against a woman in the same time frame.
The case was adjourned until June 5th for a pre-trial hearing when a trial date will be set.
No application for bail was made and Mr Anderson was remanded in custody.
