A man's been given a suspended jail term after breaching a restraining order for the second time.
42 year old Steven Paul Wheeler of Woodville Terrace in Douglas appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood at Douglas Courthouse.
He admitted breaching the order made in April when he was convicted of harassment.
The court heard he turned up at his ex's home in Peel on July 24 after trying to call her six times - he'd previously breached the order in June when he walked to her home.
Wheeler was jailed for 24 weeks suspended for two years - Mrs Braidwood said it was clear he'd made the woman's life a misery.
