Man Injured In Scooter Collision Transferred To UK Hospital

The as yet un-named man is still in a critical condition with serious head injuries.

The 63-year-old man struck by a scooter on Friday night has now been transferred to a hospital in the UK.

The as yet un-named man is still in a critical condition with serious head injuries.

He was knocked down near to the Sidings Pub in Castletown at roughly 7.40pm.

Enquiries are ongoing into the cause of the accident, but as yet Police are issuing no further comment on the finer details.

They are still appealing for anyone to come forward who may have more information.
