A Douglas man has appeared in court facing three counts of indecent assault.
Luke Anthony Ridgeway of Queen's Promenade denies all three charges, said to have been committed against the same victim on February 21 last year.
Deemster Montgomerie adjourned the case until Thursday, February 23 when a pre-trial review will take place.
Mr Ridgeway was granted bail in the sum of £500 on the condition he doesn't leave the Island or contact the woman he's accused of assaulting.
