A Ramsey man accused of rape and indecent assault on a child has been remanded in custody.
The man can't be named because of new laws brought in by Tynwald earlier this year to protect the identities of alleged sex offenders.
He entered no plea to three counts of indecently assaulting a child but hasn't yet entered pleas to rape, two counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with a child, and two of inciting a child to commit gross indecency.
He was committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery to appear there on a date to be fixed.
