A man has denied smuggling five kilos of cannabis to the Island in a kitchen sink.
Stephen Balint who is 61 and of Loop Road in Ramsey appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
He's accused of being concerned in producing drugs, possessing a weapon without a certificate and possessing drugs with intent to supply them.
The case was adjourned for committal to the court of General Gaol Delivery on November 21 and Balint was remanded in custody.
