A Glen Maye man will appear in court again later this month charged with assault.
Stephen Howard Lamb of Shore Road is accused of committing the offence outside Marks and Spencer in Douglas.
His case was adjourned until July 18.
He was bailed in the sum of £500 on condition he doesn't go into Marks and Spencer.
