A man’s been banned from entering two streets in Douglas as he faces trial over allegations he assaulted a woman.
David Patrick Oliver Gorman of St Catherine’s Close in Douglas denied assault on August 9 when he appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
Magistrates bailed him in the sum of £500 on condition he doesn’t leave the Island without permission, doesn’t contact his alleged victim or enter Green Lane or Brisbane Street.
The 47 year old will appear in court again for a pre-trial review on September 12.
