Man found dead in Douglas

Police have confirmed a male has died in Douglas.

It comes following reports of an 'unresponsive' male in the area of Church Road Marina at 7pm.

Officers have now confirmed the male was pronounced dead at the scene and an investigation will take place into the incident.

Officers are asking the public to refrain from speculation or posting pictures on social media, as it could impact the investigation and upset relatives and friends.

All roads in the area are now open.
