Man facing charges of having sex with underage girl & indecent assault, bailed

A man's been bailed as he faces charges of having sex with an underage girl and indecent assault.

Sean James Scrivens of Claughbane Drive in Ramsey appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.

The 18 year old hasn't yet entered pleas to one count of indecently assaulting an adult, two of having underage sex and another two sexual offences.

Mrs Hughes bailed him to Tromode House in the sum of £500 on condition he doesn't contact witnesses in the case or enter Ramsey, and he'll next appear on July 20.
