A 29 year old Onchan man will face a trial in September over an allegation of domestic abuse.
Charlie Derek Marshall, of Birch Hill Close, denies the offence which is said to have been committed between May last year and March this year.
Mr Marshall was bailed in the sum of £500.
He's due to appear in court again at the start of his trial on September 9.
