A man has denied possessing a BB gun in a public place following an incident in Douglas.
Piotr Inglot of Grosvenor Road in Douglas appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood at Douglas Courthouse.
The 46 year old denied the imitation firearm offence allegedly committed on July 16 last year outside his former address in Drury Terrace, but admitted being drunk and disorderly in Barrule Drive in Onchan on January 14.
The case has been adjourned for a pre-trial review and Inglot will next appear in court on April 16.
He was bailed in the meantime.
