A man’s appeared in court to deny drug-driving twice in four months.
Darren Noel Dooley of Spring Valley Road appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood at Douglas Courthouse.
The 33 year old pleaded not guilty to being over the cocaine limit on February 25 and being over the cannabis limit in a dangerous vehicle on June 7.
The court heard in June he was stopped on Sumark Croft in Douglas in a Ford Transit van with a faulty gearbox, lights, seatbelt, airbags, tyres and steering.
Mrs Braidwood bailed him in the sum of £500 until he appears again on November 14.
